Order Disclaimer
We will do our best to match your order to your description or photograph. However, we reserve the right to substitute certain elements if we believe it will result in a more beautiful arrangement or if a specific flower is out of stock. Rest assured, you will receive a stunning, lovingly designed arrangement made with our seasonal flowers.

Since flowers are natural, they can sometimes behave unpredictably.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We are a pop-up holiday based floral experience studio, we recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance. For special occasions, please order as early as possible to ensure availability since our quantity is limited.

Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?
Our florist and brand experience experts will provide a quote for custom arrangements.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations or modifications made more than 48 hours before pick up or delivery are generally accepted. Last-minute changes may not be possible.


What if a flower or color I want isn’t available?
We will do our best to match your preferences. If a specific flower or color isn’t available, we will suggest suitable alternatives that complement your arrangement.

• We offer delivery based on orders. We require 3 days advance notice with all orders placed before 11 AM PST for us to create the arrangement and schedule delivery with our in-house courier.
• All orders can be picked up at our home based studio. We will reach out to you via text message to confirm location and time.

Delivery Fees

• $15 — Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Guildford-Surrey
• $20 — Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, North Vancouver, Langley
• $35 — Beyond 20km radius

Delivery Instructions
Please provide a 3-4 hour window when someone will be home, or specify a safe place to leave the flowers if no one is available. Sharing details like buzzer numbers, recipient availability, and contact phone numbers helps ensure smooth delivery.

If we cannot reach the recipient, we will wait until we can confirm someone will be there to receive the flowers—no one wants to miss their delivery.

Change the Water Regularly
Replace the water every 1-2 days to keep your flowers fresh. Use clean, room-temperature water for best results.

Trim the Stems
Every few days, trim about 1/2 inch from the stems at a 45-degree angle. This helps flowers absorb water more efficiently.

Keep in a Cool, Shaded Location
Place your arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Avoid placing it near windows, radiators, or appliances.

Remove Wilting or Dead Flowers
Gently remove any flowers or foliage that are wilting or turning brown to prevent mold and keep the arrangement looking fresh.

Add Flower Food
If provided, add the flower food to the water as instructed. It contains nutrients and antibacterial agents to prolong freshness.

Avoid Fruit or Vegetables
Keep your arrangement away from ripening fruit or vegetables, which emit ethylene gas that can shorten flower lifespan.

Handle with Care
Be gentle when moving or adjusting the arrangement to prevent damage to delicate flowers and stems.

Our product is perishable so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges however, if you have a problem or you are not satisfied with your floral product please contact us at serenfloral@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Flowers are best enjoyed within 5 days of receiving your order.
